The highest level of processes that are practiced on our farm is confirmed by an international GlobalGAP certificate.

The GlobalGAP principles are the following:

The combination of climatic conditions created by the mountain, the river and the wind provides excellent conditions for the cultivation of cherries.The cherries are harvested by hand, with the stalks, and then treated with hydro cooler.

This is one of the fastest ways to cool cherries.The temperature of the freshly picked cherries is 25-30°C. Hydro Cooler, as the name itself suggests, is a method of cooling by spraying cold water. This way the temperature of the cherries drops quite low and they can be sent to a refrigerated warehouse.

One of the main advantages of this method of cooling is that it does not remove moisture from the product and can even refresh a little shriveled fruit.
